Ryan Hilliam from WH Brown Cromer was absolutely brilliant, me and my partner have been going through the process of buying our first house. Ryan has made this process seamless and been able to advise us throughout with his wealth of knowledge.
With neither of us familiar with the process of buying, he has worked well above and beyond helping us both with his side of the role sorting our mortgage, but also, more generally in the whole process of buying a house and what steps we need to take, and when we need to take them. While putting an offer in Ryan was off from work but still booked in a call with us and liaised with us and the estate agent throughout the day and managed to close the negotiations that day, all while being off work.
Couldn’t recommended any more, although the fee is slightly higher than other companies, I feel this is a case of you get what you pay for and I couldn’t be happier with Ryan’s service.
My mortgage advisor, Dean Worrall, has been absolutely outstanding in every way during my recent remortgaging experience. He was efficient, thorough and so helpful every step of the way. I could not have wished for any better service. :)
In a word EXCELLENT. Why, because the service we have received up to date, made us feel valued, listened to and then advised by knowledgeable staff who truly seem to want to do a good job. Initially from the start when a gentleman visited us to discuss W H Browns agency and how they operate their systems, valuations, marketing, accompanied viewings by their staff if we are away. The ladies in the branch on Grove Street have been brilliant and we are very glad we have gone via this agency. It is the 3rd time, of doing so in nearly 30 years. My husband and I can rest assured that our house sale prospect's are in very good, safe hands. Diogo Pacheco was my mortgage advisor. He is a really generally nice human being. He took a genuine interest in helping me through the process even helping me with finding a house. He really did go with the extra mile in every aspect, giving sound solid advice throughout, he is was very thoughtful and courteous throughout.
His knowledge of his trade meant he was able to save me lots of money in fees which if I hadn’t have used his service I wouldn’t have avoided! I can’t recommend Diogo enough.
Dean has been great, explains everything really well, quick responses, feels like he’s on your team! Would highly recommend for FTB’s to make the process seem a lot less daunting!

Natasha cox has helped me with the mortgage process as a first time buyer very informative and responsive to emails and texts, and everything seems to be going so smoothly and fast and effective, had an offer accepted and mortgage, life insurance, home insurance and they sorted solicitors out and are dealing with everything all within 2 weeks. I’m confident the remainder of the process will be just as good….

Really happy, completed on the purchase of a property in Lincoln, met Curtis a few hours later at the house and by the time we left the house it had already been listed to rent with photos on William H Brown and Right Move website. Within a day, two viewings booked.
